We tried something different with this one. Kettle sour, nectarine puree, ale yeast, lactose, and vanilla extract. NOT. Got you. Classic Casey. Choice Funky Blender barrels selected for the organic nectarines. After the fruit maceration, whole Madagascar vanilla is steeped in the juice to create a decadent treat. One of my favorite Vanilla blends from the season. Hopefully we all know by now my love affair for nectarines!
