Bamm Bamm Noche Noche is a project we've dreamed about for years. It’s a bold fusion of our fan-favorite Bamm Bamm Rubble Rubble—a strawberry, marshmallow, vanilla, and fruity rice cereal beer—with the complexity of barrel aging. We began by selecting our favorite imperial stout bases from seven-year-old Weller bourbon barrels, which rested for over 32 months. After crafting a blend we truly loved, we layered in white chocolate, strawberry, and of course, fruity rice cereal. Aromas of white chocolate dominate the nose, followed by unmistakable notes of fruity cereal. The barrel lends nuances of caramel ice cream, baker’s chocolate, and a subtle bourbon warmth.
