Do the Cokey Floaty

This is an experiment a look back at our F around fridays where we brew something silly and see what happens.So I opened 200 bottles of a little-known cola brand here in Sweden that adds no preservatives so I guessed it would ferment. A little simple syrup some philly sour year and finished with a voss kveik yeast to finish it off.What came out was a 4.9% cola. But we cant stop there so we only serve it with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream, welcoem to do the cokey floaty.
