One moment you’re lost in a carnival of flavours, with fruit and spice aromas, the flashing notes of banana, all that seductive chocolate… The next, it leads you somewhere you didn’t think you would go.. somewhere warming and smooth, filled by the careful selection of the finest wheat and barley malts and fermented with traditional German yeast. Inspired by one of the most popular beer styles of the old world, surviving the hard times during the course of its history but with a delightful modern twist that only our resident wild brewer Bill could conjure up. Brewed to celebrate 12 months of Bill’s outstanding performance in the BH Brew Crew. It’s a Hef, but not so serious.
