Hazy pale ale hopped exclusively with New Zealand Wakatu hops. This delicious pale ale is very different from our typical juice bombs. We tried to create a dry and crushable hop forward beer, with a slight twist. Built upon a base of Pilsner and Munich malt, we decided to exclusively hop this crusher with NZ Wakatu. Its much drier and closer to a lager finish than a pale. Wakatu is a NZ bred hop that was bred from German Mittelfruh hops. Lots of lime, citrus, earth, and hay. Its challenging but we think it hits the spot when it comes to a low ABV hop forward beer.
