A healthy hazy DIPA brewed with malted and flaked barley and malted wheat, and hopped with tons of Riwaka and Strata.We’re the kind of folks that are usually partial to the little beers, but we’re kind of really into this one, even with all those abvs. It has some seductive notes of blueberry custard, soft donut peaches, Nilla Wafers, warm and sweet citrus, some ethereal pear cider, and some well kept Goldrush apples.
