Kolsch

One of the most historic styles from the German brewing tradition, Kolsch originated in the city of Koln. It's a hybrid style, utilizing an ale strain of yeast, but fermenting at cooler temperatures as if it were a lager. The result is a crisp, dry beer with a just a touch of fruity ale yeast characteristics. We also added a light dry hop using Loral, which contribute hints of lemony citrus.
