Before we infused Edge Piece with Cacao and Vanilla Beans, we kegged off a few to see how the base beer was. Edge-less is the result after four months of cold-storage. It's a richer-sweeter base thanks to two types of oats, but with a firm chocolate roast from Dehusked German Chocolate malt.
