For this special beer we used two of our very favorite hops from back when we both opened up our breweries: Citra and Mosaic. Using the highest level of hops in a single beer ever, we decided on a Citra and Mosaic combination of Incognito, LUPOMAX, and t90 pellets for the both the whirlpool and dry hop. We wanted to give this beer a cushy mouth feel so we used a big base of flaked wheat and flaked oats.Hazy and deep in color, Transient Atmospheric Phenomenon 1 has aromas and saturated flavors of mango OJ, pineapple syrup, kiwi rainbow melon, green skittles, and melted orange creamsicles that are all balanced by a deep hoppy bitterness, hint of booziness, and extremely luscious mouth feel.
