According to the ancient Quiché Mayan book of creation, the Popol Vuh, it took the Gods three tries to create humans. The first attempt resulted in the animal kingdom, the second a mud creature that disappeared in the rain, the third, Wooden People that became the humans we are today. In honor of our humble beginnings, we offer Wooden People, a Saison lightly conditioned on pineapple puree that reveals notes of sweet grape, delicate champagne and white pepper.
