Fresh from back-to-back IPA trophy wins at the Australian International Beer Awards, the brewers have decided to celebrate the occasion with…an IPA of course.This time around we are trying out a new hop (for us) called Denali,meaning that we threw Denali at this beer at every stage, includinga cool 7 grams per litre in the fermenter.Appearance: Light copper with a slight chill haze.Aroma: Pineapple, pineapple, and pineapple.  It’s like a trip to Woombye, only without the souvenir stubby holder.Flavour: Balanced malt body with assertive bitterness.Malts: Ale, Vienna, and Redback.Hops: Denali, Denali and more Denali.Other ingredients: Ale Yeast and a lotta love.
