Godt Øl - Organic Classic

We have brewed this beer as our version of a Classic. It is a bottom fermented beer and we have used generous amounts of both Munich and Vienna malts, which give a nice residual sweetness in the beer. We have also used pilsner malt from local Zealand fields. This has given a good balance between bitterness and sweetness and the beer has a nice light brown colour. All the malts and hops in this beer are organic.
