Cervisiam annoyed us in the beginning - being a gypsy brewery, their nonchalant attitude towards Norwegian alcohol legislation and their in-your-face visual expression. But after tasting every new release of IPAs, pastry stouts and sours, we came to respect them. Deeply. So we invited them to our beer festival and together with Martin brewed an imperial brown ale infused with roasted coco and fruity Kenyan coffee - and our love child's name kind of gave itself.
