Mango No. 5 is our exclusive collab with our good friends from Sidecar. We have worked with Sidecar before and really liked the results. For this beer, we brewed a pale ale base with a touch of maltodextrine for extra body, and then we added a ton of mango purre, along with bergamot juice and fresh lemongrass. The result is an intensely drinkable fruity pale ale, with just a hint of bitterness. It goes well with any dish, whether it be brunch or dinner.This beer was brewed for and is served exclusively at Sidecar.
