It’s been 10 years since the first beer was brewed at Ölvisholt (2002-2017). To celebrate, we gathered together our current and former brewmasters, Valgeir, Árni, Elvar and Ásta, and asked them to create an anniversary beer. Their creation, Ölvisholt X, is a blueberry witbier which also serves as our October beer.Ölvisholt X is unfiltered, dry hopped, purple colored witbeir with the taste of bluberries and citrus...
