Our 100% Virginia Ingredient Farmhouse Ale. We brewed pale wort from 100% Virginia grain and locally grown Cascade Hops from Mountain View Hops in Floyd. The wort was cooled overnight and transferred onto the lees of a native yeast fermented Traminette from Virginia Mountain Vinyards. No commercial yeast was added to start fermentation. Even the yeast is local! We then delicately dry hopped it with a local, unkown variety of wild hops.Clean, crisp, delicate and highly carbonated. Notes of sage, dried white flowers, watermelon, saltine cracker, and grape must. A 7% abv quencher.
