In collaboration with Deep Sky Vineyards. We drove down to their production space in Sonoita, AZ. Picked up a couple red wine barrels and laid down our apple wine for in them for 10 months.Over the year the cider pulls a slight red color from the barrel. Along with amazing flavors from the previous wine.Notes of French Oak and a smooth mouthfeel of tannins from the wine.Enjoy!
