CALI DREAM California IPA Strata + Audacia

Описание

Moderní interpretace West Coast IPA, ve které jsme použili kvasnice White Labs California Ale. Chmel Strata přináší intenzivní tóny jahod, marakuji a růžového grapefruitu, zatímco nová odrůda Audacia dodává tóny zralých bobulí, citrusů a tropického ovoce. Pivo má lehké, suché tělo, světlou barvu, svěží hořkost, extrémní pitelnost a chmelový dank profil.—A modern take on a West Coast IPA, featuring White Labs California Ale yeast for that crisp, clean fermentation. Strata brings in big waves of strawberry, passion fruit, and pink grapefruit, while the new Audacia hop adds layers of ripe berries, citrus, and tropical fruit. With a light, dry body, bright golden hue, refreshing bitterness, and a dank, resinous punch.
