We took a classic style of beer and played around with it.Second version.We gently hopped this helles with Saaz, Amarillo and Mandarina BavariaWe also added a touch of Emmer wheat(one of the first domesticated crops) to make the trip a bit more exiting.Then we let this one rest for 60 days!
