London Cheesecake Factory is an experimental beer produced in collaboration with London Beer Factory. A Raspberry Cheesecake Berliner Weisse with a fruity taste, light sourness and 5.5% ABV.In order to recreate the infamous dessert, we've used raspberry, cream cheese, vanilla, and lactose - which contributed with a sweet and creamy profile. The experiment went so well, that we're considering migrating to the cheesecake industry in London.
