Thank goodness it did because we are extremely pleased with the results. This stainless steel fermented mixed fermentation Saison included 100 lbs. of Jackie O’s Bakeshop Rye Bread in the mash that lends a supple mouthfeel, a great saltiness, and just the tiniest hint of caraway.
