Moondancer takes our Organic Oregon blueberry and local wildflower blossom honey mead and aged it for 12 months in a mead barrel that formerly held Time & Space. It was conditioned on Madagascar Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans along with toasted French oak cubes for 4 months before being racked out of the barrel.
