An adambier aged in a very old scotch barrel for a year, finished for an additional 6 months in @oddsocietyspirits smoked maple whiskey barrels. This scotch barrel is super old. It was a bourbon barrel originally, then it went down to the Caribbean and was used to age rum for a while. After that, it ended up in Scotland aging non-peated scotch. A journey spanning, like, 40 years.
