Nu NU is a modern West Cosat IPA employing a Citra & Sultana Dip-Hop charge at the start of fermentation for big hits of stone-fruit, citus, and dankness. Post fermentation Clean Fusion dry hop with Amarillo, BRU-1, and Australian Eclipse lend a punchy hop character. Expect a peach and pine forward profile with a clean bitterness and robust malt-driven back bone. A modern take on a craft beer classic.
