Thousands of years ago in the highlands of Georgia, monks brewed and fermented beer in egg shaped vessels call Qvevri for festivals & celebrations. Early brewers used a secret blend of bittering herbs that were later replaced by hops.Rich and deep in colour, Red Ale’s hoppy, bitter and dark fruit character gives this malty and moderately strong beer a lean body and a dry finish that makes it a lively expression.
