!!!This beer will be introduced on June 20 at 18:00!!!An exciting collab with Herzl brewery! We took advantage of the short current apricot season - Several kilograms of fresh "Baladi" apricots were thrown into the boiling tank with some Himalayan salt and coriander seeds. The Gose style originates from Germany and was created by usage of mineral-rich salty water and coriander seeds in the brew, an original and refreshing style for the summer.
