Of the Woods: Mystical Saunter I

A slow and mindful stroll through the forest can bring feelings of peace and oneness, and maybe even lead to a mystical experience. This two year old cider spent 22 months sauntering through the wood(s) of a French Oak barrel, and, in turn, has left us in a state of wonderment. Oak is pronounced on the nose, but soft on the palate. A gentle acidity allows the apple notes to dance on the tongue, and the finish is tannic and dry. Please enjoy and appreciate the flow of time that has made this Mystical Saunter such a pleasure.
