The In Love on Paper Berliner Weisse is the first in our Sour Poets Series of kettle soured beers, in which we pay homage to some of China's greatest 'sour' literary figures. This light-bodied beer pours a lovely straw color and imparts a crisp, sour aroma. It is refreshingly tart on the tongue, and at only 3.7% ABV, it’s the perfect companion for a midday session.
