Dry-Hopped Saison with Whole Strawberries.A blend of Wild IPA and Saison barrels that were refermented on whole strawberries (tops on!) and dry-hopped with Huell Melon for another stellar addition to this line of exclusive brews.Initial Palate: Bright, ripe fruit, with a fruit-like sweetness and light acidity.Mid-Palate: Gentle salinity, and increased bitterness.Finish: Perceivably sweet yet slightly bitter with a light acidity and, of course, continued wild strawberry character.
