The next in our series of American Fruit Beer is a brand new combination for us - fresh cherry and apricot purees were added post-fermentation. Those two fruits certainly dominate the flavor and aroma, but there is just enough biscuity malt balance to remind you that this is certainly a beer. The hazy peach appearance and off-white foam creates a gorgeous beer in the glass.
