eXperimint is a beer that has been on our to-brew list for a long time. Mint is a difficulttaste to get in a beer in a good way. For a lot of people, mint in beer is considered ‘not done’.But that’s exactly why we decided to try it ourselves. We like to brew beers that make you think differently about uncommon flavors.Fresh mint leaves in the whirlpool and lagering gives this beer it’s minty touch. We added fresh lemon juice together with a modest Sabro dry hop to create this refreshing Mojito Pale Ale.
