Sapwood Cellars is the entity behind two of the most recognizable names in our industry in Scott Janish and Mike Tonsmeire. Brewing with these guys is an absolute honor and so is sharing the results. A vibrant NZ pilsner with a twist - shaking in just a touch of rye malt for a clean and complex dryness with a little extra mouthfeel. Lots of bright, fresh NZ hop aromas dance out of the glass and feed the senses. The flavour is bright and crisp with a lingering dry finish. Named after Craft beer and brewing magazine editor Joe Stange's desired beer baby after he connected us.
