Gose with Mango and HabaneroFollowing the success of Shark Bait we understood that the Gose style have their own room in the craft beer scene.Hoist the colours, sentence used by pirates when raising their flag, represents a line of beers with fruits and spices being this one it's first edition.In this 2nd edition, we use 40% of Mango and we raised the body of the base beer. Then, a bit of habanero chilli, providing a hot spiced twist.Should be served between 4 and 8ºC in Stange, Flute or Pilsner glass.It goes perfectly with grilled fish or meat and pastas.
