Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.For this version of Dora we wanted to build on the extremely delicious #82. Using the same pale wheat base and process, we used a blend of our old and new year citra selections in equal proportions.We taste big tangerine, citrus and some pineapple.
