In Batch 006 we brew up Matts favourite beer style, the Saison. We have used Lime Zest and Guayusa to bring citrus, peach and some tannins to a clean citrus lead Saison fermentation with hints of white pepper from the yeast and Lubelski hop. Clean, refreshing and easy drinking. This one-off cask has added Orange Peel & Lemon Zest for St.Clements kick.
