This 10% collaboration with Dallas' LDU Coffee is decadent, deep, and chocolatey. We used their "Magic Bean Juice" which gives it a chocolate-y richness. It has flavors of s’mores, we taste marshmallows and graham cracker. Theres a nice acidity from the coffee, and flavors of when you put a bar of chocolate over your espresso cup as the espresso is pouring in. There’s a beautiful, gentle coffee presence and the finish has lasting espresso and fudge notes.
