Aromas of candied almonds, nutmeg, honeycomb, cinder toffee. Dates, sultanas. Some green herbal complexity.Up-front caramel sweetness, with a sturdy brandy-like backbone quickly coming through. Smooth and warming. Some green woodiness to the building bitterness. Spicy notes of nutmeg and pepper studded throughout. Rounded, but with a drawn out finish.
