Inspired by Mexican lagers from North America,brewed using nixtamalized corn,the same alkaline cooking process that is used to make tortillas,and a hearty addition of Dpalter Select hops.Made in collaboration with our pal Bella,a brewing & distilling student at Herit Watt University funded by the Michael James Jackson Foundation.Please consider donating to their fundraising efforts to support diversity in the brewing industry.
