Concrete Forest (Batch 2)

We brewed the first batch in January 2020, and it took us until March 2023 for batch #2 of our 10% Belgian Quad. After five months of aging in stainless we're tapping it today! Most of the batch is in South American rum barrels for a bottling run of Bridge 4, so the base beer is draft only! It's loaded with two caramel malts and two dark candi syrups for a range of raisin, fig, and burnt sugar notes. It's a little sweeter than batch #1, but otherwise the same recipe!
