Are there sexier words someone can whisper into your ear than "Let's Lager"? Actually, there probably is, but that's debatable at the Moksa Taproom. Let's Lager starts as a traditional German Pilsner then gets "Americanized" with an IPA level dry hop of 3.3 lbs per bbl of Nelson and Strata. This beer is crisp with a high carbonation and familiar lager esters from the yeast. The fruit forward hops add layers of pineapple, tangerine, and honeycrisp apples.
