A beer wine hybrid. Fresh wort was racked onto grape pommace, the skins and seeds left from wine making. Primary fermentation carried out spontaneously on the skins. After one month the our house mixed culture was added. Honey aromas, white grape, prosecco, light pineapple and lime flower, gentle dry acidic finish.
