Morgen is a Raspberry Berliner Weiss created with a simple malt bill of pilsner malt and unmalted wheat and fermented out with a wild yeast and bacteria. Brown sugar was used in the boil for a crumble /baked good characteristic. Expect a tart raspberry hit with a gentle sourness to finish.
