Pilot Batch - Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout

This milk stout is inspired by the hot chocolate drink served from street carts in Mexico. Beaming with flavour thanks to additions of chilli, cinnamon, chocolate and a complimentary dark malt bill. Lastly, we added a small amount of lactose (milk sugar) that marries sweetness, heat and booze together beautifully. Enjoy!
