This modern interpretation of a West Coast IPA uses a simple base of pilsner malt with a touch of dextrin malt for body, allowing the hops to shine through. Amarillo CGX from Crosby Farms and Australian Eclipse hops from Barth Haas provide top notes of orange and pine, with a background of green tropical fruit. Dry and moderately bitter.
