Experience: Orange, floralA collaboration India pale lager brewed with Hong Kong’s favorite jasmine rice and Japanese whole leaf hops brought over from our friends at Coedo Brewery. The jasmine rice helps build a dryer lager base to allow for the Shinshuwase and Kaikogane hops to shine through with their floral and orangey bouquet. The beer is moderately bitter on the palate from the hefty hop dosage but finishes crisp like a lager.
