Style: Kveik Pale AleABV: 3.4%Malts: Golden Promise, Lager, Aromatic, AcidulatedHops: Amarillo, PacificaYeast: Kveik VossIn this series we explore new ingredients, beer styles and techniques. In Batch 009 we brew up a Kveik Pale. We took inspiration from the St.Clements drink, with big hop dosage of Pacifica and Amarillo for Orange, Lemon and Lime. Kviek Yeast was used for more Orange Flavour and Aroma, while Golden Promise for body, Aromatic for notes of Honey and Acidulated Malt for that sharp Citrus Snap on the finish.
