Brewed the old fashion way with Maris Otter and Heritage crystal malts, flaked corn and house made invert sugar and hopped with Bramling cross, East Kent Golding and Fuggles.Fulfilling notes of toasted brown bread, lathered with butter and bitter grapefruit marmalade. Digestive biscuits, fruited Yorkshire barmbrack, leaf tea, Newton's Laws of Motion and treacle from a well with a thatched roof cottage.Served traditionally on handpull, this is an incredibly drinkable and satisfying pub staple.
