Our new Japanese Plum infused beer starts with a clean malt base which is then kettle soured and fermented with over 500lb of sour plums, before finally being generously dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops.  The resulting beer pours a rose gold  and is sure to delight the senses with its distinct aroma, tart flavor and satisfying finish.
