What is more comforting during the Easter period than a morning with a warm Hot Cross Bun where the soft spice aromas waft through the kitchen enticing you to maybe have another?Well - we think the one thing better comes in the arvo / evening with those same aromas married to a rich hearty brew. Biscuit, Chocolate and Caramel malt flavours balanced with some herbal bittering and then spiced with Cinnamon, Raisin and for the gluttons amongst us; Cacao nibs for the Choc-Chip richness!
