Time to pop some chill pills, cause we made another British IPA. We brewed this one with lots of Maris Otter and hefty hunks of crystal malt, and hopped it with lots of Goldings, Perle, and a touch of Polaris.It looks like clear golden honey and has notes of British village marmalade, raspberry compote, honey sticks, crusty rustic bread, maybe some Heath bar, and finishes with an appropriately sassy bitterness.
